Payment cancellation and refund
- We are not charging any consideration on booking of the scrap.
- Changes in any price will be done by the proprietor of scrap minder.
- Scrap Minder will charge the commission on each transactions, from Fellow of scrap minder on selling of scrap which will be done by seller of scrap minder.
- Accepting of amount can’t be refunded once transaction gets proceeded.
- Reasonable price will be charged by Scrap Minder on each transaction of selling and purchasing of scrap.
- Amount of money can be refunded on valuable reasons of scrap minder fellow’s & advertisers.
- Once seller booked the consignment he or she is able to cancel that transaction but the fine will be charged by scrap Minder.
- Once Scrap Minder fellow received the booking from seller he or she may cancel the booking, but fine will be charged by Scrap Minder. Once money is received by scrap minder fellow will be not refundable.
Additional legal terms
- Advertisement can be posted on our Scrap Minder platform. Once it posted on our platform the charge will be deducted monthly, quarterly, yearly or Commission wise.
- GST 18% will be charged by scrap minder from fellow and the user who pay for advertisement.
- Only Scrap Minder fellow and advertiser is libel to pay GST for their transaction.
- GST amount and percentage can be changed any time as per the instruction given by Government of India or the state Government.
- A seller has to choose the mode of payment before he or she booked scrap minder fellows.
- A fellow can leave the platform any time whenever he/she wants.
- A seller can leave the platform of scrap minder whenever he or she wants.
- Advertisers can leave the platform of scrap minder whenever he or she wants.
- Once he becomes fellow of scrap minder he can’t simultaneously entertain another company which have almost same functionality of scrap minder.
- Rating will be provided to member of scrap minder by seller of scrap minder.
- Rating will be provided to seller of scrap minder by fellow of scrap minder.
- A scrap Minder proprietor will only responsible to set the price, or Percentage (%) of charge on each transaction according to their value.
- Every Scrap minder users have to follow the rules and regulation made by scrap minder.
- Scrap Minder is not liable for any unlawful or illegal or fraud transaction by scrap minder seller, advertiser and scrap minder fellow.
- Scrap Minder is not liable for any unlawful or illegal or fraud act done by scrap minder seller, scrap minder fellow & advertiser.
- Scrap minder users need to attach the document (Aadhhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License & Voter Id card) when the transaction is high according to the rules and regulation made by government of India or state Government.
- Additional terms and condition due to current situation of COVID-19 pandemic.
- To prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- Before and after each transaction, clean your hands. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.
- Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
- Wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible.
- Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
- Stay home if you feel unwell.
- If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention.
- Calling in advance allows your healthcare provider to quickly direct you to the right health facility. This protects you, and prevents the spread of viruses and other infections.
- If any associator of Scrap Minder, if not found following the prevention, then please avoid the transactions.
- The firm Scrap minder will not be liable for any negligent behavior shown by the associator of Scrap minder.
Additional Offers/ promotions tolls terms:-
- All offers and promotions are only made by scrap minder to their associate behalf of the Scrap Minder.
- The lucky seller is liable for the offers/prizes if he/she will do the transactions of minimum Rs 3000 for each slab of 3 transaction through selling of scrap not from bulk selling (Advertisement)of scrap and only liable to take the prize at one time only.
- The lucky buyer is liable for the offers/prizes if he/she will do the transactions of minimum Rs 3000 for each slab of 3 transaction through normal buying of scrap not from bulk buying( Advertisement) of scrap and only liable to take the prize at one time only.
- Only one lucky Buyer and one lucky Seller will get chance to win prize.
- The offers and prizes will be only valid from 12:00 AM of 25 January 2023 to Mid Night of 24 February 2023.
- All the offers/prizes are subject to change any time without any notification, information and intimation to the associates of scrap minder.
- All the offers and the prizes are the contents of scrap minder and not to copy, reproduce, modify, create, derivative works from or store any content in whole or in part from the website or application be displayed perform, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast or circulate any content to anyone or any commercial purpose without the expressed prior written consent of Scrap Minders.
